Work is Our Meditation

They say, sales is a rejection business; you should be prepared to fail and that’s the sole reason how you can succeed at sales. 

Because when you fail one thing becomes clear that you have to begin again to succeed. Nobody who failed once, succeeded without beginning all over again and guess what! Same holds true for meditation. This may sound a little paradoxical but sales and meditation have some similarities, the success for both depends on how soon and how many times you can begin again. 

Fall seven times, stand up eight.

What happens when you sit for meditation? Your mind wanders.

What do you do then? You bring it to the same place and focus again. 

What does your mind do then? It wanders again and you repeat the same process of bringing it to the focal point and focus. 

This continues until you reach the state of pure calm and that’s success. 

Our Focus is our future.

Sales is similar, you try to sell something to someone, but your idea gets rejected! You do it again and doomed again, and after a few failed attempts you probably find someone who believed in you and bought from you. 

Voila! You made a sale. 

And you did it because you dared to begin again after every rejection. 

What if you stop after a few rejections? You fail.

The difference between try & triumph is little "UMPH".

The secret is to begin again! That is all there is to life, meditation and as well as sales. Because “again” is a practice, practice is improvement and improvement leads to excellence. Our secret is simple, when we feel the need to give up, we don’t. We undeniably begin again. 

To Progress is always to Begin Again.

You made a mistake? No prob, begin again with more precision.

You got rejected in a sales interview? No prob, begin again and prepare better for tomorrow. 

You skipped your morning exercise routine? No prob, begin again and do it in the evening. 

Haven’t even thought about your new year resolution and its new year already? No prob, you got this, Begin Again!

Never let a stumble in the road be the end of the journey.

To begin again, doesn’t mean to become cool as cucumber or heedless about your plans. It's still important to keep on your promise of whatever you promised yourself. Just be careful not to become unbending about them. 

Rest if you must, but never quit.

We live to begin again at the end of every moment, we cherish everything about what we do and what we ought to do in the moments to come.
